No support for software only?
I have problems to contact the PhaseOne online support (*) for software issues only (- without hardware). The online support demands a completely filled form – including a PhaseOne hardware product name and serial number – to enable a user to open a case or get feedback from PhaseOne support.
According to the form demands and the following line (see 1st post of the Expression Media topic) it appears to be no other way to contact support than through this online form: " Please note that Phase One is providing support through our online Support Center only. "
Means, there seems to be no way at all for users of PhaseOne software only ("Media Pro") to contact the PhaseOne support team. – Or don't I just see the trick or click?

You can put in whathever hardware you like. It's not nice but it works..

Yep, that works, same for the two demanded serial numbers in the support online form.
