Coming back to C-1
Is there a way to put the processed images directly into the folder you're working in? Automatically naming it"Hi-Res for example? Also - what is the fastest way to make lo-res or "quick proofs"?

Yes, you can related your output folder to your image folder if you have the Pro edition because this version provides more storage options related to the image folder you are working in (from).
The 'high res' or 'low res' prefix or suffix can be set with the Output Naming tool on the Output tool tab. Use the Job Name feature if you have the regular edition or the Sub Name feature if you have Pro because with Pro/Sub Name you can connect the prefix/suffix to the Process Recipe.
Regarding the good old QuickProof feature from the CO3 days. It is back in CO5/Mac but not (yet) in CO5/Win. I suggest you open a support case with Phase One with subject 'feature request' to remember them.
Tip for next time: provide more details about your setup, at least whether you use CO4 or 5 and which edition (regular, Pro, DB).0 -
Is there any way to get on a live chat or call someone?
Also, I edited a job, sent the images to process - then changed to another job to start editing. It seems to have stopped processing until I went back to that specific job.
Do I have to remain on the folder for it to continue?0 -
Jack,
Create a support case. One of the supporters can walk you through answering your questions, point you to the appropriate page in the manual and send you some screenshots if your still a bit lost.0 -
When you changed to a different folder C1 probably had to generate proxies so it stops processing your prints the queue. Very annoying that v3.x would keep doing both but v5 apparently can't so it stops processing until your previews are generated. You can watch what is happening if you go to to view menu (i think that is the right one) and select Activities. You can then see if this is what is happening. 0
