    Normand,
    Whilst you have the adjusted shot selected and up in the main window, press Ctl A to select the rest of the shots. Then click on the \"Apply Settings\" symbol over in the right window. (It's the stack of 3 files, one on top of each other)
    You get the option to apply your settings to the selected files... not only for white balance as in your case, but also exposure, focus, etc., all in the one hit, if you want to.
    If you don't want to apply adjustments to all the shots, you can use the Shift & Ctl keys and clicking just to select a series or individual shots.
    Very fast and easy.
