Firmware P45, P30, P21

It's 8 months ago or so that I asked for a firmware update for the P45 that is still not supported to tether to Windows Vista (same to the above mentioned backs).
Support told me they will look at it in spring.
The weather is not that good, okay, but it's summer now.

Any news? Anyone busy with it?

    I assume you refer to tethering with Vista x64, not Vista in general?

    no - Vista 32bit!!

    Tethered support is only supported in Vista 32 bit installations - 64 bit currently not supported.
    The following backs are supported in 32bit Windows Vista:
    P20+, P 21+, P25+, P 30+ and P 45+. LightPhase, H5, H10, H20, H25, P20, P25.

    Seriously - this is not what I'd call support for the customer base of Phase products. How long is Vista on the market? Two years or so?
    And it's totally unbelivable as there is a parnership with Phase & Microsoft.

    And I bet none will reply to this - or just very non-committally
