Catalog failing verification on windows
Hi!
I just bought a Capture One 9 license for Sony and is in the process of upgrading from the express version of Capture One 8.
I upgraded the catalog on my mac, without any issues. However, when I am trying to open the same catalog on my windows machine I get the following error message: The catalog "Capture One Catalog" failed verification. Check and repair it?" I was surprised as the catalog works great on my mac. I attempted the "Check and Repair" option in the error message dialogue box, it completed the check without issues. However it still wont open it.
So my question is if anyone of you know what's causing this? The same catalog, before being upgraded to version 9 worked great on both machines (the backup one still do).

I would suggest that you open a Support Call Henrick.
You may find someone on here has had an experience to answer you question but to save time in the even that no one has such an experience the Support Call would be a wise choice in order to reduce any wait time for an answer - given the weekend and the time of year and so on.

I ran into the same problem with version 9.1. When I try to create a new catalog on my server I get the "file not found" error even though a new catalog is created on the server inside the proper directory folder. If I try to access the catalog I get the verification error and the dialog box to check and repair. The dialog box returns the verification info that it catalog has been verified and no errors but when I try to access it again it goes through the same loop. Additionally, when I try to close out the application all the windows are deleted but an "instance" remains open requiring me to close the instance through task manager. I have submitted an error report but thought we should alert other users to these problems. 0
