Corrupt images with new iMac
I was using a powerbook to process all my images on C1Pro and never had any problems with image degradation. I have now bought a iMac 2.16 processor and transferred all information to this computer.
However, the processed images that come out are corrupted. Randomly, there are images with luminous streaking across the image. Various colours of pinks, yellows and blues. this obviously makes the images unworkable. I open the same images up in Capture NX and in PSCS2 and there are no problems with this streaking.
The thumbnails in C1pro are fine, it is just the processed image that comes up all weird. I wonder if any one has experienced this and if can offer any solutions.
Thanks,
Shem

Shem,
At this point I would create a support case at Phase One, please include the information of what kind of camera you are using a well. The parameters of your processed images .
RAW Images are also necessary for confirmation:
Please upload to our ftp and put under your case number: http://www.phaseone.com/HOME/Content/Su ... 20-%20Main (link on how)
www.phaseone.com and navigate to support and contact support by creating a case.
Regards-
JRA

What Version of software are on both computers ?
How where the films tranfered over to the Intel Imac( FW or ethernet)
I did have a problem transfering files to another mac buy taget moding the MacBook Pro to my iMac. The firewire cable that I used to transport the files between the computer wasn't all the way in the laptop firewire port
I delete the file that I just transfered and retransfered them with a FW 400 cable that fit better in the MBPro. All was fine after that.0
