Camera to System - WT 2/2a ??

Anyone got this system with the WT 2/2a ??

I want to know what else I need to beam images to my Mac with a WT2/2a. Wifi card in the lappy ? Do I need a wireless modem where I am shooting ? What if its on location ?

Don't want to buy something that doesnt work well.
