SANDISK Capture One LE require reactivation
I see in quite a few posts that you are interested in the details of people who experience activation that expires. My software seems to expire or be expired every time I go out on a trip and take my laptop. I don't have any external drives, etc, except that I of course do use a USB card reader.
My laptop is a Dell Lattitude D810.
Camera is Canon 20D.
Card reader is from Targus.
Windows XP SP2.
On my most recent trip last week, I had to Activate the software when i first used my laptop off my docking station, and then again when i returned home and used it for the first time in the docking station. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask for any other information which may help. So far the online activation has worked fine, and I haven't got any messages that I have reached a limit on activations.
A second issue is as follows - i seem to have to browse/find the cache folder when I right-click on a file and open in Capture One. It seems to work fine if I open from the Start menu or my short cut, then load the file. If I start from the file and right-click and use Open With... Then I have to browse to the cache file, and the file does not open.
Any help would be appreciated. Great product, by the way - and thanks for not required me to decode one of those scrambled text boxes to prove I'm human. 9+3 was a lot easier!

Sorry this one slipped by ...
when I right-click on a file and open in Capture One.
The answer for your issues pertain to both problems.
Capture One does not work this way. You cannot launch a file into the program with right click.
When you do, you can Deactivate the install. 🤓
All RAW files are to be loaded into a Session Folder and worked on as a batch.
