Nikon D300 profile unavailable in Capture One 4
Hi all,
I've just downloaded Capture One 4 from Phase One. I have tried to setup my camera profile in the "Quick" screen but when I select the Nikon D300 Generic profile the profile box remains as "Generic".
Does anyone know why or does anyone else have this problem? All the other camera models seem to be selectable properly.
I was about buy Capture One 4 but there's no point if it won't support my camera properly. 😊
Thanks!

I see what it does now. When you load the NEF file it loads the ICC profile from the RAW data automatically.
I just tested this theory on a photo that I took with my other camera (Canon EOS 20D) and it does the same thing. 😊0 -
You're right. The profile is automatically selected. This is one of the digital formulas built into CO4. 😄 0 -

Haha very well said. CO4 is really impressing me so far and I haven't seen any sign of the preview saturation problems that've been mentioned either. It's great!0
