Media Pro 1.3.2 viewing/output problem
I having issues with media pro 1.3.2 viewing tiff files and output as jpeg.
Below are media pro, bridge and photoshop cs6 showing a tiff file. In media pro there is a solid yellow color on the background when I export this as a jpg that solid color goes with it.

It looks to be a layered TIFF. Are you using the Phase One Render Engine or the WIC?
Is there a background color or is it a free clipping?
There are a lot of questions here and I can see you have created a support case so we will contact you through the support system and you can share your findings here if you would like.0 -
That tiff file has several layers. I am using the Phase One Render engine, I also changed it to WIC, but i didn't fix the problem.
There is no colored background on that image, I photographed that in a white backdrop ask you can see in ps cs6 and adobe bridge 6. It is free of clipping. I wasn't about to send the original tiff files because its about 900mb.0
