Black & White, Blue Tone or Sepia in C1

I would like to change a few images in my collection to Black & White, some Blue Tone and Sepia.

Am I able to do this without the other images being affecting?

In a post I read in this forum it said to change the Color Management > Camera Profile however when i tried this, all the images became black & white or blue tone.

  Your workflow options are to:
  1 - Change the Camera Profile setting at Color Management to B&W
  2 - Adjust the files you want
  3 - Add them to the Process queue
  4 - Change the Camera Profile back to color
  
  ----- OR-----
  
  1 - Create a Move To folder
  2 - Select the files you want B&W
  3 - Send them to the Move to
  4 - Work on the entire group together and send to Process
  
  **The 4.0 version demo we had at PhotoPlus will allow the changing of color per image**
