Viewing on a Windows computer

A friend of mine noticed that images processed through C1 Pro on the Mac (they look perfect on the Mac) appear to be very dark on his Gateway computer. Is this due to the difference in gamma between Windows and Mac? Is there any way around this? In the past, images taken on inexpensive cameras appeared reasonably good on both computers. Both of us want to stay with the Fuji Pro S2 cameras (we use them for surgery) but need to be able to share these images with our colleagues working on Windows. Does anyone have any thoughts?

    It can be one out of several things.
    Most likley is ofcourse Monitor Colour Managment, use a sample image with a macbeth chart, i am quite sure this is it.
    Also remember that transfering a raw file will not take over settings so make sure that both the mac and windows computer has all sliders in neutral position.
