50% discount on Styles pack

VAD.
I dont know where to post this....

I just received an offer of 50% discount on all Styles pack with an total of 270 pay/270 discount EUR, ex VAT!!!
Nice move, but in the past I purchased Spectrum and Film Styles for full price, those cannot be excluded from the pack?
I think, that I'm not alone in this...

    I've already purchased five of these Style-packs for the regular price - some kind of discount for existing Style-customers would be really nice to complete the collection...

    Strange approach. Contact PhaseOne says a PhaseOne employe. Did you heard something about politeness and customer satisfaction?

    The point is that this is a forum of users of the software. As users, we are unable to answer the kind of questions you are asking. Some Phase One staff like ben_US do participate in the forums from time to time, but there is no guarantee that they will. And he has pointed you in the direction of the facilities they do provide for feedback. Where is the lack of customer service in that?
