    Richard,
Please create a support case and provide us the crash report and System Profile.
We do not have any reported issues with this feature yet but it is quite new and serves a small market.

I had the same issue. I downloaded the plug-in. I went into the 'Add Tool To Selected Tab' and found the Profoto plug-in listed. When I selected to add the plug-in to a my selected tool tab the Capture One program would freeze on me then crash. I tried it again on several other stations, and had the same result.

If I understood it properly from a demo video, there is a USB device involved in the process as well. Do you have one an did you insert it before/after the plug-in installation?

Although the USB Dongles serve in the functionality of the tool, they are not necessary simply to install the Plug-in. I would be interested in seeing some details through a support case.

I have had exactly the same problem.

Menu > View > Add tool to tab.. crashes C1 6.1.1 on two OSX machines. One runs 10.5.8 and the other runs the latest OS version.
