Pack as eip vs export as eip

Hello there,

I am trying to export a batch of images using Capture One Pro 10. I am shooting with the Phase One XF, 100MP and packing as .eip at capture.

When I try to export the raw images, checking the box 'export as eip', I get a message saying 'eip not supported for [filename]'.

Any suggestions as to why this could be? The export works fine when I uncheck the ''export as eip' box but then I lose the adjustments (like white balance)....?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    I suggest creating a Tech Support case via the link in my profile. There shouldn't be any issue packing IIQs as EIP, but perhaps there's something else at play here.
