Is there a way to save any adjustments done to the capture files on one machine so I can transfer the captures to another machine with adjustments in place for the entire shoot? When I transfer these to another machine it defaults to the original capture setting not the adjusted version.

Yes. Menu->workflow->adjustment current captures (or similiar)-> save to archive. Adjustments of selected files will be saved in the folder of the raw-file (or any other selected folder). Copy raw-files and setting files to the other computer.
    Best Regards.

edit: on the second computer open C1, open folder with the raw files and select them.
menu->workflow->adjustment current captures (or similiar)-> restore from archive (select the folder with the setting files)

Well, if time is important....and if your Preview folder is on a separate HD other than your root directory...on the PC version: simply share the drive across your network and point both versions of COne to the same preview folder. All edits/tags/changes on either machine show on both. Using this method simultaneously requires two licenses of course, but as I edit on one computer and correct on another, the Pro version allows one to do this and it's great...

Good aspect! But If you store the settings in the raw-folder, you can back up them together with the raw-files easily. That's why I would prefer to save the settings in the raw folder - although I have the preview folder and the raw files folder on different drives as c1 software.
Too, I empty the preview-folder frequently - and so I delete the setting files of images I do not want to back up, too. While the settings of the selected images are stored together with the raw files.
    Anyway... both works very well.
    Best Regards.
