C1 Vers7 Windows 8 64bit no RWL working
Hello,
I've installed the program on two laptops with different graphic device.
The .RWL (Leica Raw) is displayed on the small preview pictures and when I want to work on it, it appears as large picture for about half second, then the field get black. On both laptops is the same error.
NEF work fine, even from D800.
Open CL is deactivated. Nvidia driver is newest version, the second computer has Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000, olso newest driver.
Who has an idea?

The general advice to all problems has been to turn off the opencl as a start. 0 -
Hello,
Thank's for your answer.

The doesn't help

Which Leica model are the .RWL files coming from? 0 -
Hallo,
the .RWL is used by the Leica D-Lux 5, which is listed in the software release note.
Meanwhile I've updated the Nvidia driver and I tried Open CL, but nothing helped.
I changed two laptops to Win 8, both have win 8, 64bit, 4 core, they are brandnew and have the newest updates. Both show the same error.
The graphic unit is different.
So I think it's an error in C1 V7
The C1 express V6 on my Fujitsu Lifebook works fine.
Thank's heaven, I still have this version.
If somebody has an idea, let me know.

It is not an OpenCL issue. I downloaded some D-Lux 5 RWL files from the Internet and could not open them in CO7/Mac, having similar performance the OP describes on CO7/Win.
I suggest you open a support case and submit a file. You can refer to this thread if you like.0 -
Thank's for your answer.
I'll write a report about it.
