Any estimate on when C1 will support RAW files from the Canon EOS 60D?

    I've restarted this thread on the new v6 forum.
    Drew and Ulf - I'm sure you know just as well as us that an upgrade is not the same as an update.
    That Phase One has been withholding 60D support from us registered v5 users for a while now just so it can be a v6-only feature is very disheartening 😡

    What can I say, you and others asked for it and we delivered. Although I can't speak for the timing, the feature is non-the-less there.

    Nothing personal here Drew, but I'm surprised at Phase One's cheeky attitude over this.
    What you "delivered", is bullying me into paying 99$ for an upgrade I'm still not ready to make, just because of 1 camera profile. That's the way I see it. And timing has nothing to do with it what so ever. You could have easily made the decision to add these color profiles to v5 as well.
    It's your call to make, of course, but time will tell if it was a good decision for you in the long run.
    I have a feeling you guys have "earned" quite a few disgruntled customers over this, and are coming off a little greedy here.

    I suggest we continue this in the new v6 forums...

    Again Jon what more can I say? You asked for this feature and many other users asked for additional features as well. In the end, we've given an overwhelming majority of our users what they have requested and for the time investment provided on our end to deliver those features, we ask for a small compensation. If you think that unfair, that additional work on our end is not deserving of restitution I can only offer my apologies for the inconvenience.
