Does it use the correct ICC profile for the D810 in the colors tab?

Did you do something about color calibration, use certain tools etc.?

Thank you for answering ! 😊

No, I just upload the RAW files to C1, and I don't touch anything in the settings (after I have to play with skin coloration to have a good render).

I just changed to Adobe RGB in my D810, that's all I did... That's very sad because I will have to return to Lightroom where this Redness is less perceived...

The most obvious first, did you adjust the whitebalance?

    My idea was ...

    1) If you (accidentally) apply some auto adjustments or styles on import?

    2) Did you select the Nikon D810 Generic ICC Profile to be used in Base Characteristics?

    3) In the White Balance tab does the Mode say 'Shot''?

    4) Did you choose a Proof Profile under View or have it set to 'no profile'?

There are no reddish images in C1 Pro for my D810 at all and I only shoot in RAW and AdobeRGB set as color space in my camera. I love C1 for processing my D810 images, they get rendered fantastically.

Btw., are you aware that there was recently an update to the D810 firmware published by Nikon (C:Ver.1.10, released 29.10.2015)? But that's just a side note and has nothing to do with your REDish problem.

Thank you for your answers 😊 !

    1) I do not "import" my pictures into C1, I prefer to export them first from my D810 to my ssd, and then from C1 I go directly into the folder in the left sidebar, from my session (So I'm not working with catalogs, not importing my work to C1)

    2) Yes, in the Base Characteristics, the ICC Profile is set to Nikon D810 Generic

    3) Indeed, the White Balance is set as "Shot"

    4) The Proof Profile under View is set to "Process settings chosen" (sorry for my bad english ^^ I just tried to translate it from french)

I saw the firmware update and as you said, it doesn't change my problem 🙄 ... Maybe can I send somehow a RAW so you guys can see how does it look on your screens?

    5) I'm actually living in the Middle-East, I know it sounds absurd but... Maybe the light is more REDish? 😂

Thanks to all of you ! Have a nice day

    Hi,

    4) hm, you set it to 'Selected Recipe' then. Now we don't know, what this selected recipe on your setup is and does. Does anything change if you set the Proof Profile to 'AdobeRGB' or 'no profile'?

Might be wise to contact C1 support so they can have a look at some sample files of yours and help you with fixing your problem.
