location of capture one folder not there

I'm using the trial version that might be the prob...but on OS 10.7 there is no Library-->Application Support--->Capture One folder...thus I have no way of loading any recipies or workspaces... According to CO instructions, this is where they are all stored...but I have no such sub dir under App Support.... any ideas?

  Because the user/Library folder is hidden by default in OS X Lion, users sometimes accidentally look into the main (system's) Library folder.
  
  You have to make an extra step to get into it:
  
  From Finder, menu Go, Go to Server (Sh+Cmd+G), enter:
  ~/Library
  or
  ~/Library/Application Support
  or
  ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One
  
  Note that the trial of CO 6 is fully functional except for a time limit.
