Process Receipt Resolution
Hello,
Process Receipt Resolution - version - Capture One 5.2
I would like some advice on how to use this field - it (has a default of 300).
I need to ensure that I maximise the resolution from my 18 Mega pixel camera and that I don't incur unnecessary losses.
Thanks
David

The Process Recipe, Resolution field defaults to 300 dot per inch (dpi). Based on the number of pixels in an image, its size (in inches in this example) can be determined. A value of 300 dpi is regarded to give a perfect print (often, fewer dpi's will do as well, but that's another discussion).
What you might like to remember from all this is that the Resolution field value does not affect your 18 megapixel output at all, as long as the Scale field is Fixed and set to 100%. That is what you're after, not the Resolution field.0 -
Thank you for the explanation.
