Normally, if you work in sessions and just start up C1 it will open the last session used.

You can also navigate to any session file in your file system and double click it, to open that session.

On a Mac, I can right-click the C1 icon in the dock and it shows me a list of recent sessions to choose from. I'm sorry but I don't know whether and how you can do the same thing in Windows, but you might try right-clicking the icon for the app and seeing whether it gives you a list of recent sessions.

You can hold the Shift Key while starting C1. This brings you a selection of your past sessions.

Many thanks for your answer, I will test this evening the "shift key".
