Not complaining.

While it is true that C1 has its share of bugs and there are a lot of improvements that could be made, I did want to note that it is a damn nice program. Yes, while I can actually pull a little more detail out of ACR and Fuji EX (I'm using S2 RAFs), there is a quality to the output that I can't quite put my finger on, a quality that is really special. I find this particularly true with people shots.

This is not, however, intended to belittle or make light of the complaints on this forum, Phase One has a lot to address here, however it seems worth also saying something positive. In fact, if there are many voices complaining, it is in part because this is a great program with so much potential and we want to see Phase One succeed with C1.

As a final note, Phase One could probably do the most just by improving communication. While the many helpful answers posted here are appreciated (thank you), there is a lot of silence on various subjects and sometimes lack of followup. Often fixing the problem is less important than knowing a fix is at least coming (though certainly in some cases, there is no substitute).

In any case, thank you Phase One for a very nice product. Please continue to improve it and listen to your community (particularly those of us using Fuji S2s! 😊 ).
