Adjustments not showing up when session restarted

I have exactly this with 7.2 and Mavericks.

I don't know if I haven't noticed before because I always had short sessions so never had to leave and go back on it or if it is really because of some recent update.
    Discovered this earlier this week.

Thanks for sharing, at least I'm not the only one! I have logged a support issue with Phase One so I'll be interested to see if they come back to me.

Incidentally I discovered a little workaround for this bug yesterday - if you select an image where the adjustments appear to be reset (all counters back at 0 but previous adjustments still look like they are there), if I revert the image (command R) then undo the revert (command Z) it resets the counters to where they should be.

It means you still have to do that to every single image that you've previously worked on (frustrating when you are working on a wedding with 600 images in the session!) but it does show you where your counters originally were. Unfortunately it does not solve the issue with the straighten function - all these images need to be recropped manually.

Did the same workaround, it was my way to check that it was not just some "deja vu" with the colors, I did Cmd+R and saw that they came back to original, then Cmd+Z and they returned to where I left them, with the sliders at the right place.

And you're right, had to be done pic by pic ☹️

Have you guys come up with a solution to this problem yet?

we have been doing a clone variant, but still have to go through every single image. This is particular a problem as I have several assistant working for me. we will be opening and closing CaptureOne, and what is described above is happening here too.
    It is incredible frustrating.

We were just about to upgrade 7.1.5 to 7.2.1 but from reading the above does not seem to solve the issue

please let us know if you have found a solution

My remedy would be to delete the preference files, delete the session file and recreate it, and perform a repair permission on the disk volume.

Let us know if you need any how-to steps.

    Hi Hendrik,

More details here. Focus on step 5a/5b and 6 only.
