Capture One looses Aperture adjustments after import

    Andy,

Sorry I can't help, but I seem to have exactly the same problem. In fact, at least in my case, not only the Aperture adjustments are gone after the database repair, but also most adjustments made in Capture One after the import. I found out the hard way when updating my software to version 8.3.3: most of my adjustments were suddenly gone. Everything was working fine before the update and when making a back-up of the catalog, no warning was issued even though the option "verify database integrity" is checked. When I went back to an earlier backup of my catalog, I found the same problem that you describe:

    Upon "verify database":
    Database content error
    The database failed verification.
The database failed a full verification check.

    Upon "repair":
    Fixing: Beginning content fixes
Fixing: Variants with missing local adjustment layer UUIDs
    Fixing: Committing content fixes
    Fixing Complete

Effectively, I have lost most of my edits in Capture One after the import from Aperture. I am in contact with Capture One support and will post any suggestion that they come up with. If you or anyone else has found a solution, I would be very interested to hear. Thank you. Cheers, Peter

I submitted a detailed description of this error with a sample Aperture library and corrupt CO catalog after import ten days ago. So far, Technical Support has not sent any sign of life..

I can't help with the PhaseOne issue that you identify but, as posted a few time here, I used Aperture Exporter https://apertureexporter.com to move my Aperture library and had no problems. There is a free trial period and you may like to check it out while waiting for a response from PO. If you do, it is best to select your Aperture albums a few at a time and export as new Aperture libraries, then import the resulting AE Top Level folders into CO8.
