Moire Plugin for Photoshop

    Yes, they stopped making that plugin and it has never been updated for intels. You can still use it however, just have photoshop open in Rosetta and it will show up in plugins, but you take a big hit on performance. To do that, get info on the Photoshop application file and there should be a check box for 'open using rosetta' or something to that effect.

    performance is not an issue as I copy just affected areas in a new 8bit document and afterwards copy that section back in the original 16bit file. Have to reboot Photoshop but that's okay.

    That is too bad. I have had better luck on many images using the plug-in vs the new moire tool in C1 4.x. Maybe I need to work with it more and am missing something.
