Capture One Pro 8 Win10 Crash BSOD
Hi, I've been using Capture One Pro (for Sony) on Windows 10 for some time now with no issues whatsoever but now I'm repeatedly getting a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when running C1. This happens on two separate machines, one of which I did complete reinstall of Windows and C1 and it still happens. I'm running my catalog from a USB hard drive which sources my RAW photos from the same drive.
What happens is that I start up C1, open my catalog and within a few minutes of use I get a full on BSOD system crash with kernel_security_check_failure. This only happens with C1 and only started recently. Could be a windows update has caused a compatibility issue but it's an issue only with C1, not any other software. The only other software on my machine is Avira, Steam, Libre and CCleaner so I can't see this being a software conflict.
I'm happy with C1 Pro 8 so I don't want to have to pay for Pro 9, certainly not just yet anyway.
Has anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it? At the moment C1 is unusable so at this rate I'll be jumping ship. ☹️
Appreciate any help, thanks all.

In my case it happened after the "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124263)" update from Microsoft but only affected my Dual GPU machine.
In my case I resolved it by doing a clean install of my NVIDIA drivers, I don't know for sure but I think it also updated the GPU Driver Model to WDDM 2.0 from 1.3
I have also noticed on the internet that it also affects some AMD GPU's on Dual GPU systems.0
