Closing sessions

I apologize for the newby question, but I can't seem to find the answer to what I'm looking for in the manual or online.

I've found a lot of info on creating sessions.
I would like help to close some sessions in C1 Pro.
I currently have seven session tabs (eight with the trash tab) open in my window.

Am I missing something here?

Does everyone leave every tab from every job open.

I don't want to delete the captures, I'm just going nutswith all these tabs cluttering up the workspace.

  Dear elit ~ Don't go Nuts 😕 - Yes, you can clear the Session tabs.
  You have missed the icon... there is an icon Delete the active collection the folder with a red X on it. Clicking this you will get a Are you sure message.
  And as this message states, you will be removing the tab from Capture One but not from the folder's location and not any captures that reside there.
