Trouble getting free copy

I entered my license code and downloaded EM2. When I opened it, I was given the choices of using a trial version or entering an EM@ code. I figured that I'd downloaded the incorrect version, so I remove EM2 from the computer. I then made sure that I was downloading the free version. But when I enter my license code from CO 5, I get a message that the file is already upgraded and I can't proceed. How can I get the free copy?

  I see from Photomonk go to "the store and getting the registration code through the existing user option for CO 1 Pro." I went to the online store after logging in and still don't see how to get an EM2 license. Can you be a little more explicit about what I have to do? I would be most appreciative.

  The link provided above is where you should be purchasing your Product Key for a cost of $0.00.

  I'm still having trouble. I follow the link and put EM2 in my basket. The directions say to get a free copy I need my CO license and a credit card. The next screen wants my CO license number. I put that in and get a message, "Key is already upgraded." If I hit next, nothing happens.

  Vaughn,
  That's likely because you're using your Old Product key, the one you once used to upgrade from Capture One 4 PRO to Capture One 5 PRO... which you can't use again.
  Please use your current Capture One 5 PRO key to "purchase" the free Product key.

  Thanks for your help and patience. Once I used the correct key everything worked.
