CaptureOne V3.74 macbookPro Canon 20D OS 10.4.6
Hi All
I am just evaluating C1Pro and can't seem to get the software to see my Canon 20D. I can see the camera in iPhoto. In C1 it just says \"Connecting to camera...\"
Is this a limitation of the demo version?
If not, what else can I try to get it to work?
Thanks

Gary,
No, the 20D is supported in Capture One PRO 3.7.4 and the Trial has full functionality.
However, those that have updated OS Tiger with 10.4.6 have dicovered that it has disabled connectivity with several Canon cameras and other devices.
Meantime, a reinstall of previous OS version is the workaround.

Keith,
On that note is there anything on the horizon for 10.4.6 compatability?

Stephen,
We've heard nothing to date, so not really sure.
Given the extent of the problems created with 10.4.6 update, I would think that Apple would be out fast with a solution.
