Customize Toolbar

Hello!
Please educate me as to how to adjust the "flexible space" icon on the toolbar.

    As far as I know, and unless I am missing something, you can't : the "flexible space" adjusts its size to the remaining space in the toolbar, in order to separate the "cursor tools" toolbar from the other tools. The "space", oppositely, has a well defined squared shape.

    HI and thanks for the reply so quickly... Kind of what I thought too..I've been adding the small spaces to make a larger space between icons.
