has anyone successfully contacted tech support with any issues for EM2? created a support call? if so, what did you put in the drop down menu for digital back.

    The support page is a bit goofy but you can successfully submit a request by entering these items:

    -Operating system
    -Software (Expression Media)
    -Camera body (choose anything)
    -Subject

    (You can ignore the Digital Back field, despite the asterisk.)

    I've already complained about the inconsistent use of asterisks. I hope some day they will redesign the page to make it more consistent/usable.
