A few suggestions. (1) Have you checked the system requirements on the release notes? (Enough RAM, for instance?) (2) Also 11.1.1 is not the latest version of Capture One - now up to 11.2. Does upgrading to that solve anything? (3) Have you tried changing the hardware acceleration settings? If use of OpenCL for processing is on in Preferences, try turning it off (and vice versa).

Likely this is a GPU fault throwing a kernel panic and causing the computer to restart. The GPU issue could occur when Capture One engages OpenCL in your batch process.

Disable OpenCL In Preferences > General, but also send us a case (in the link in my profile) and your logs (via Scripts > Get Logs/File Package).

Thank you @ben-us and @Ian3. That problem was OpenCL. I deactivated it and try to batch process a bunch of files and everything goes ok without crashing.

Problem solved, thank you for yours fast feedbacks 😄
