Processing errors...

You could describe it as an error, but the fact is that if you process to 800 px width (what I assumed), you apparently end up with 534 px height with CO4.x. The exact amount of pixels in an image can vary +/- a few pixels between programs and how a program calculates up and downsizing might vary as well.
I took the test and downsized with CO4.5.x to 800 px and processed to 100% and let PS CS3 reduced size to 800 px width: 1 px difference in height (534 versus 533, you figured that out already). If you want an exact number of pixels, user your pixels editor (a.k.a. Photoshop and the like).

Calling a delta of one pixel an error? I must get sloppy at my age! 😉
