Display Cards on a Mac Pro

Hey Everyone,
I have a 2009 8 core Pro & I would like to give 'er a pep talk.
It has a 5770 in the top slot and a GT120 in a lower slot.

My question is will I get better speed with replacing one or both with the GTX 285 ?

All the usual suspects are taken care of such as ram, SSD's & such, just wondering if the "best" card is really worth anything extra in this machine. I run 2 or 3 30" Apples so help in this department is welcome.

    Well if you run Lion you could install a windows gtx580 without hacking etc.

    I have a 2009 quad that has dodgy fan control so I might give it a go. Cant stand using it in its current form, if I can get it working as 6core 3.33 might put up with the noise.
