lens correction
I try the new P1 7, because it should be very good. But the lens correction is poor as the in version 6. Some profiles are missing like the popular canon 70-200 2,8 II IS. This lens appears May 2010!
I understand, that P1 could not use every lens, but why no automatic creation like "lens creator" from adobe? Should I correct all my lenses manually?

If you'd like to have a specific Lens supported please request this in a support case. We need it here "in house" to provide support after it is reviewed.0 -
Thanks for reply, you see also, there is the old one 70-200-lens listet.
Where you needed, in america or danmark "in the house"?0 -
I'll just piggyback on this thread and say that I'm based in Copenhagen, Denmark and am interested in lens profiles for my Pentax lenses, which I suspect others who use this program with pentax files might also own.
My list:
DA 15 ltd, DA 21 ltd, FA 43 ltd, DA 70, DFA 100 macro WR.
I think the DA 15 ,td, DA 21 ltd are the lenses that need correction the most for a start..
I'd be willing to drop a selection of these lenses off at Phase One with my pentax K5 that would help.
Best Regards

It's nice to see that many Micro Four Thirds lenses are now supported.
I can see correction (and profiles) for all my Olympus primes (on an OM-D E-M5), however, there is no correction (and no profiles) for the Panasonic 14-140 zoom. I had the old 4.0-5.8 and now have the 3.5-5.6.
Is this because it is a Panasonic lens on an Olympus camera, or simply because the lens is not (yet) supported?
Thank you!
(P.S. I also sent this in a support ticket.)0
