    hello, nobody knows how to reset all settings of c1? maybe some registry entries? I cannot work properly.
    Uninstallation doesn't work. How can I reset this layout and move menu items?

    Two options. First, I suggest to deactivate and then activate Capture One. Second, if the previous step did not (totally) solved the problem, delete the preference file (when CO is closed). See for instructions step 7 (after screen dump) in:

    I found a solution
    The problem was really strange

    I could not unlock workspace, and then couldn't deactivate software on my PC.
    I have deactivated it on the website, on my account, but it doesn't affect the aplication. When I tried to deactivate c1 on my computer, software told me "capture one was unable to deactivate software on the server".
    I tried to uninstall software, remove preference files, and after new installation it was still active.

    I even tried to remove registry entries and files showed here:

    Next I removed all registry entries with a "captureone" or "phase one" name.

    And nothing helps, the software was still active.

    But then, I remembered, that in some old support case, someone from phaseone suggest me to install C1 in different folder. It helped.
    Software is deactivated and workspace is unlocked now.
