EIP Data not transferring

Our Photographer's EIP data is not showing up on our other retoucher's computer. Her (Photographer's) EIP data successfully shows up on all other machines including mine. What could cause the information from transferring to one specific machine?

We are all working on Capture 11. I believe he (Retoucher) is the only recipient running OSX High Sierra. Though, this hasn't caused any issues in the past.

Any ideas? Thanks!

    Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via the Scripts > Get Logs option. Also attach a problematic EIP if you can 😊
