    Hey Doug,

    I shoot with the same equipment, computer and cameras, as you. I've had the same problem after a disconnect and have to go in and set the counter as well. My big question to you is do you have a lot of completely random disconnects?

    Yep, I was getting the disconnects too!

    Phaseone.....any response to this random disconnect issue with the D3s? Considering you offer Nikon support I have to guess this is one of the top 2 Nikon (x/s) cameras used with your software if not the top camera.

    Just to clarify, this is a User to User forum. Although we are happy to chime in and help out where we can, if you need to address us directly it would be best to create a support case.
    That is precisely the advice I can provide regarding this issue, can both of you please create a support case and give us details of your system (System Profile) and LOG files from Capture One. We'll get your details to the right people and, once we can find a commonality, we'll see what can be done to address the issue.
