7.1.1 Tool Auto switch bug

Is anyone having a problem with 7.1.1 switching between tools automatically? One of my workstations keeps switching between the Zoom tool and the Lupe tool by itself. I know they are listed under the same short cut key, but the photographer using it is not purposely making the switch. This is the only machine (out of the 8 machines) that seems to be having this issue. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.

    Hmm.

    Have you eliminated a keyboard problem? Sticky key maybe? Either P or Z I would guess to be worth checking but maybe subject to any personalised keyboard shortcuts?

    Sometimes a user accidently use the Shift key for the Control key.

    So in stead of Ctrl+Z they type Shft+Z. This will have the effect you described.

    I have seen this more often with all kinds of software and it always turned out to be a user error.
