    Hi Bognar,

I presume you clicked on the "Process" button located in the "Process Summary" tab....
Could you describe more precisely how do you process ?

Make sure to check the file location in both the 'File' and 'Output' sections (click the right arrow and see where it leads). If one or both are pointing to a non-existent location, C1 will not process the recipe and won't give you any warning or error message. You still need a valid directory for the 'Output' section even if your 'File' tab does not use 'Output', although I really can't understand why.

    Bognar,

Is it possible that the process queue is turned off?

I normally get a warning and question about whether I want to turn it on when that happens - but I'm on Windows and the options for handling messages may be a little different on Mac.

If you are sending a large number of images to the batch and possibly processing more than one Recipe in the same batch it might take quite some time to set things up before things start to happen. But it you are seeing images in the queue I would guess that you are already seeing part of the results of the process - just not the final output part.

You could check the log files for messages about possible problems.

    HTH.

I am using process receipts that I have used flawless before. The output locations are defined, but the selected image or images stuck up in the batch queue.
    Thanks for any advise

Have you tried clearing the batch queue in Finder? In Finder, navigate to:
~/Library/Application Support/Capture One and delete the folder Batch Queue.

Note: Normally, the user Library is hidden in OS X 10.10 and later. Hold shift and hit Go in Finder to show it in the menu.
