Hi, the support told me that if C1 7.2.2 function well there is no reason to migrate to 7.2.3!!!!

Unbelievable. That is no excuse and is a reason I stopped getting "support" tickets. They'd never solve your issues or take their time until the next release at which point the alleged non-issues you were only experienced on your computer suddenly disappeared. I still can't shut down my machine with C18. Quitting C18 doesn't even work in the command tab application switcher. I have to go into the C18 File menu and manually hit "Quit Capture One" or else it restarts C18 when I try to shut down. I guess i'm the .000000001 percent of people who have this issue(their standard response).

I really haven't had such buggy software since I used Windows.

    Joe,

We don't have any cases from you so I can't comment on your issue specifically.

Users with specific hardware configurations, that had problems, and had 7.2.3 were advised to roll back to 7.2.2. Not really sure if its that unbelievable but there will always be corner cases like this.

The whole point of the support system is IF you have issues with your system MAKE A CASE. We will be more than happy to help you... and we answer ALL cases. Some are not our fault. Some you won't like the answer to. Some are genuine bugs, complex and take time to fix - but we do answer all of them and we act on them accordingly.

    Francesco,

(Back to the topic) We have 7.2.4 out today and you can get it here:

    Mac: http://www.phaseone.com/en/Downloads/Ma ... veMac.aspx
    Win: http://www.phaseone.com/en/Downloads/Ma ... veWin.aspx

Of course, let us know if you have issues and we'll be here (as always) to (try) and help you.

This is a new account i set up because I forgot my old account details so there is no case history. I have set up support cases before and never got anywhere. Over time bugs that afllicted my system with C1 disappeared as they were "fixed". The crashing bug on 7.2.3 is documented and a helpful tip another user mentioned is to not hover your mouse over the previews until they are generated. This helps but the program still crashes without hovering over previews.

I use Nikon D4s but cannot downgrade to 7.2.2 because of GH4 support in 7.2.3.

I clicked on the link you provided to download 7.2.4 but I might have to set up a support ticket as there is no download of 7.2.4 listed on the download page.

Bugs don't "disappear"... they are fixed!

Speaking of which we are fixing a bug with the download server. Should be working again within the hour.

In that case....please fix the download server bug. It's been 10 hours!

Thanks to P1 for fixing crashing issues that 99 percent of users were apparently not having in 7.2.3. The bug that caused 7.2.3 to crash when deleting folders has also mysteriously disappeared.
