print with layout overlay?

Is there a way to make a print of the view with a layout overlay on an image? I tried to use the Watermark printing feature, but the overlay does not size up the same as the settings using the overlay tool and unless there is a reliable way to make them match exactly this is not accurate enough to be useful.

Please let me know if I've missed something or if anyone has a solution.

This seems like it would be a useful feature for other CO users.

    As a follow up, I tried to use the watermark feature just to see if it might work. Using a psd layout overlay image as the "watermark", the layout overlay prints much smaller than the preview.

    I took a look at other posts on the watermark feature and it appears that the watermark printing much smaller than the preview is a known issue? Is there a way to make the Watermark print the same size and position as the print preview??
