Drop iiq from finder on app window resets settings
Anyone noticed that if you drag an iiq from the finder directly in the C1 window it resets the settings? Doing my head in!!!!!

That's not good,
I'm not posh like you so I've only got cr2 files, and haven't had that problem.
I find the ability in Capture One to direct to a file from a finder drag and drop super helpful.
I told myself I'd never say this in the forum, but did you submit a support ticket? Did they verify this?0 -

Sorry Rick, can't say I see the same.
Perhaps some more details are in order?0 -
Thanks Corey for the contact support advice 😕
Drew I'll check a couple other systems it might be unique to my main process tower which would be great.0 -
Very strange it seems to only happen on my main process machine. I'll start trying to narrow down the cause. 0 -
Are you dragging from a Network drive?
Maybe the software/system doesn't have immediate and proper permissions to the location so the existing CaptureOne folder is initially ignored?
Just a loose theory, hard to guess what's occurring without specifics.0 -
Its very strange that its only with IIQ files. I didn't have time today to look at will do Monday. 0
