Keyboard shortcuts no longer working

The keyboard shortcuts I have used for many years have stopped working in the last few months and I can't figure out why. It started while using Capture One 9, so I updated to 10, and now onto 10.2.1 and no updates seem to have fixed it. I've tried using custom keyboard shortcut sets that I've created myself in previous years, as well as the default or brand new sets during testing and they all have issues.

I can't change the white balance, tint or exposure without having to click into their dialogue boxes first, which kind of negates the point of having keyboard shortcuts. Flicking between H, F, R, W seems to be choosy when it wants to work and when it doesn't.

Is this an issue that anyone else has come across? I need this urgently fixed as it's hugely effecting my workflow/workload.

    There was some re-engineering of the use of shortcuts a while back.

    I seem to recall that the advice was to re-create any personal sets that had been defined.

    You could check that by, for example, creating a Support Case and asking directly.

    The information MAY be in the forum or possibly the release notes (V10 I think but perhaps the later part of V9).

    I'm not at all sure what to suggest for a the text to kick off a forum search. Nothing very unique come to mind to limit the number of references that might be returned.

    Of course, your problem could be something completely different. And I may have misremembered,

    Thanks for letting me know, Grant. I've also created a Support Case for this as well, so hopefully I hear something back.

    I've tried creating completely knew sets and those don't work either. Even the Default set has the same issues.

    Ah, well that sounds like something more fundamental.

    Out of interest, have you tried a different keyboard?

    I have the same shortcut problem. in 10.0.2 it works fine like in 9.3 and before.
    but with 10.2.0 and 10.2.1 some of the shortcuts didn't work.
    for example (command) + (shift) + (minus) don not decrease the TINT like the other versions before.

    now its not usable – I don't like to fight with the mouse!

    The shortcut issue is till in 11.0 to. And I couldn't extract the shortcut overview like before.
    The help link for the shortcuts didn't work anymore.
    A support case is on the way.
