MP4 extension

NN635760642483311861UL
Unable to display MP4 extension movie file ( using last version of MP). I have installed QT.
I talk to Phase One technical staff but they do not give any answer.
The error message is ( sometimes) Rendering disabled [24]
I work in windows 64 bits.
Any advice is well come.

    Why do you need mp4 imported in C1 catalog. Just for referencing needs?
    I am just curios, as never ever imported anything besides RAWs and Tiffs inside C1.

    This is about Media Pro and media pro always supported more than just image files.

    MEDIA PRO is a catalogue an allow you to keep track of all you media files ( it suppose to do that)..
