Make sure you are using a supported camera.
Make sure you do not have any other import utilities active on the computer.
Try formating the card, plug it in to your camera shoot a couple of RAW files

Plug in the card make sure you have a DCIM folder on your card, and a sub folder to that with your images.

    Hope you can help[/b]
Hi! I've got the same problem. My camera's (Nikon D40) RAW files according to official site are supported by C1, yet I see only JPEG files. I've tried to import from SD, yet I still see JPEG files only. I saw in one tutorial that it is only the preference of browsing, you can browse either JPEGs or RAW files. Does anybody know how to switch the view so that I could see my RAW files???

    Thanks in advance!

    nastava,

D40 RAW files are supported in Version 3.7.7

Supported RAW files are always visible.
You can set Preferences to browse JPEG and RAWs at the same time.
