unable to contact P1 support

can anyone in support advise me please?
I logged in to my P1 account yesterday evening to update my email. Unfortunately I entered the address incorrectly and its caused a whole heap of trouble.
When I tried to log in again a little later, the server requested a pincode. The only previous pincode I could find had no effect. I then tried the option of having my password / pincode sent to my email before realizing the email I had previously entered was incorrect.
And I can't even contact P1 support via the website because I can't log in to my user account. Does anyone know where I can contact the support team to help sort this out?

I believe I missed off the 'mail', so the incorrect email currently in my user account should be: tmillingtondrake@google.com

I simply went in to update my email and when I returned to login later it requested a pincode.
Is it really easier to abandon this old account and start a new one? I need to get in touch with P1 support again to see if they can reset my activation limit - after recent computer trouble I need to re-install and re-activate my software, and at some point later this year when my bank balance isn't creaking I'll be buying a new Mac.

I can see both profiles are now active tmillingtondrake@googlemail.com and
tmillingtondrake@google.com. Subsequent pincodes were sent along with profile information to both email addresses from noreply@phaseone.com.
We ask that you do not create multiple profiles , if you have a new address simply go in and edit with the new email address. http://www.phaseone.com/HOME/Content/Su ... 20-%20Main
Product Keys get registered and associated with the initial email / profile until edited with the new email.
