Does CO make good use of multi core Macs, more + better? Six better than four?

    Hard to say if you should for something that no one has tried yet 😄

    But yes, CO will use all cores on the CPU. More is better.

    Thanks for the multi-core info Christian. Good to know.

    Leaving aside the iMac Pro for the moment, I was wondering if the Mac Pro was a bad idea as it seems to be a little old now. But it does have at least six cores! Or maybe the 2017 four core iMac would be a better bet?

    Thanks for that, yes, interesting.

    Lots of tests against Photoshop and Lightroom, I wonder how they translate into using Capture One. For example am I correct in thinking Adobe don't make as good use of multi core CPUs as Phase One?
