Exif-Metadata

I just got a new Zeiss Distagon lens for my Canon 6D. Apparently the lens description does not show up in the Exif for reasons I understand. My question, is there a way in C1P8 to "add" information in the Exif-Metadata to complete the lens data..thanks

  No, you can not edit the from Capture One. You might be able to do this with other tools and do this before you import/open the file with Capture One. You can do a search here on google as EXIF editing is asked for regularly.

  Thanks Paul for the feedback.. I was afraid so.. In the meantime I downloaded an app from the Apple app store and it seems to do the job by adding the missing lens data..
